The IP2301-B520 module from Beckhoff is part of the IP Compact Box Units series. This N-Channel MOSFET device supports a continuous drain current of 6A, a pulsed drain current of 20A and dissipates 1.25W of power. It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, withstands ESD surges up to 2000V (Human Body Model), and has a gate threshold voltage between 1.0V and 3.0V. It also features a 540pF input capacitance.
