The Beckhoff IP5209-B310-0000 from the IP Compact Box Units series is an IP-rated position controller power supply designed for industrial automation. It features a protection rating of IP65/66/67 and operates on a 24 V DC (-15%/+20%) control voltage. The device supports data transfer rates of up to 12 Mbaud with auto-detection and a transfer time of ~0.5 ms for 10 stations, while drawing a box supply current of 85 mA + sensor current, max. 0.5 A. Connectivity is provided via a 5-pin, B-coded M12 bus interface and 4-pin, A-coded M8 male and female sockets for feed and downstream supply, respectively.
