The KDA 3.3-100-3-AP0-W1 is a third series spindle drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. With a rated current of 100 amps and a DC Bus voltage of 300 volts, it uses an auxiliary encoder input for spindle or other motor feedback, minus an auxiliary interface, and employs an analog speed command value. This unit's cooling mechanism is a forced system, cooled by a heatsink fan powered by a 220VAC supply. This reliable spindle drive can be used with all Indramat’s intelligent 2AD asynchronous motors and their 1MB frameless spindle motors. The unit is engineered to deliver powerful, continuous output and high stiffness, making it ideal for C axis operation and spindle positioning in machine tools. With its lifetime lubricated bearings, it requires minimal maintenance, thereby enhancing operational productivity.
