The Beckhoff KL8001-0000 from the KL Analog Input Modules series is a precision power terminal designed for industrial automation applications. It features screw terminals with a power path connection accommodating up to 2 x 2.5 mm² conductors and a maximum current load of 25 A, protected by an integrated fuse. Its internal resistance is <1 mΩ and it is short-circuit proof up to 5 kA, ensuring robust operation. The module measures key values including current, voltage, and power with a measuring voltage of up to 500 V AC and a current uncertainty of ±0.1 A AC. Connectivity is provided via a K-bus connection with two 10-pin flat-plug sockets and a typical current consumption of 150 mA. With IP20 protection and a weight of approximately 90 g, it operates reliably from 0 °C to 55 °C and complies with EN 60947-4-1 and CE standards.
