The Beckhoff KS4022 module from the KS Digital Input Modules series is a high-precision digital input device designed for industrial automation. It operates on a 24 V DC supply via power contacts and draws a typical 50 mA plus load, while the K-bus consumption is 60 mA. Featuring 12-bit resolution, support for 4–20 mA signal currents, and two outputs, it delivers fast data processing with a conversion time of ~1.5 ms. The module provides a process image bit width of 2 x 16 bit and maintains an output error of <~0.1%, ensuring reliable and accurate performance across an operating temperature range of -25 to +60 °C.
