The Bosch Rexroth Indramat KSM02.1B-041C-42N-M1-HP2-ET-L3-D7-NN-FW is a motor-integrated servo drive, combining a servo motor and drive electronics. It features a Safe Torque Off (STO) function that prevents motor activation and includes an electrically releasing holding brake rated at 24V DC with 4 Nm holding torque and a 25 ms clamping delay. The motor delivers a continuous torque of 2.2 Nm at standstill, with a maximum of 9.4 Nm, 5500 RPM speed, and 6.8 Amps current. It also includes Multi Ethernet communication, a hybrid electrical connector, and a multi-turn optical encoder. The motor shaft is protected by a sealing ring, and it operates under natural convection cooling at 750V DC. The control voltage ranges from 30 to 42V DC with a power consumption of 29.5 Watts. Proper installation requires de-energization, use of protective equipment, and trained personnel familiar with the product documentation and safety procedures.
