The M21NRXD-LSS-M1-02, a hybrid stepper motor produced by Pacific Scientific, incorporates a precision-ground rotor ID and honed stator ID, with a standard D type winding. The construction includes a provision for an encoder and a laminated one-stack rotor. The motor features a high retention force mating connector due to the integral electrical receptacle, a molded stator assembly, and NEMA type mounting. The bearings offer four times the lifespan of standard NEMA 23 motors and the rotor's lamination ensures efficient operation. The motor includes a concentric air gap, large bearings for reduced downtime, optional green/yellow ground wires, and Class B insulation. With an IP 23 protection class, an angle of 1.8° per full step, and a maximum radial load of 20lbs, this product, adorned with rare earth neodymium-iron-boron magnets, ensures extended durability and enhanced heat dissipation within the ambient temperature range of -20°C to +40°C.
