The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MAC025B-0-ZS-3-E/040-B-0/S001 is a compact AC servo motor part of the MAC Series, engineered for weatherproof conditions. It features tachofeedback with a second shaft end, a centering diameter of 40 mm, and produces high continuous torque with moderate continuous current during standstill. Designed for high-speed rotation, it operates efficiently within a temperature range of 0 to +45°C and can be stored between -20 to +70°C. The motor's features include a low thermal time constant due to natural convection, minimal winding inductance, and it must operate below 1000 meters altitude. Its IP65 dust/water protection, F-class insulation, and resilient black primer-coated housing make it robust. However, steam cleaning may damage the coating. It comes without a holding brake and must be installed by a professional. Available globally, it offers a high torque constant and low inertia while maintaining excellent performance.
