The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MAC063B-0-JS-4-CX095-A-1/WI520LV is a MAC servomotor featuring a standard tacho that always provides reliable feedback and is additionally supported by an incremental encoder. The power connection integrates a power cable, a cable for thermo switches, and a connecting cable for the holding brake. Before first use, especially after a storage period surpassing two years, a grind-in is required. Considering installation conditions, a straight or angled feedback connector is used. Always used with a drive controller, this motor has a high torque-to-inertia ratio. It offers a 12-pin socket for encoder and feedback connections, situated on Side B. It provides an IP 50 protection rating for the output shaft, excluding a shaft sealing, and is EN 60721-3-3 compliant for operation under weatherproof conditions. It shows a decline in output if operated at temperatures higher than 45 °C and offers a lateral axis acceleration amplitude of 20 m/s2. The servomotor exhibits minimal installation effort, peak torque over a wide speed range, and smooth-running performance thanks to its high-resolution tacho feedback.
