The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MAC063C-0-MS-4-C/095-B-1/W1522LV is a versatile AC servomotor designed for rapid-response applications when paired with its drive controller. It features a compact design equipped with a standard blocking brake and smooth output shaft, suitable for various machinery even under harsh conditions. With high-resolution tacho feedback, it ensures smooth operation and includes Class F insulation. The servomotor has a nominal blocking brake current of 0.6 A and weighs 4.6 kg (excluding the brake). Its torque-speed characteristics and S6 operating mode curves, marked by dotted lines at 25% duty, aid in thermal management. The unit requires shielded encoder cables no longer than 50 m and should be installed without using the output shaft for lifting. Storage should be in dust-free, shock-free environments to prevent condensation. Encoder operations can utilize sinusoidal or square-wave signals. The rating plate must be visible during installation.
