The MAC071C-0-GS-4-C/095-A-0/WJ522LX is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat AC servo motor featuring built-in thermo switches within its windings and stator housing. It offers direct mounting for belt pulleys and pinions on the output shaft, with the potential for thermal deformations to affect the A side of the unit. The motor can be easily integrated into the associated machine and offers a wide range of peak torque utilisation along with an included encoder for enhanced feedback. It incorporates protective covers on its output shaft and connector housing. The motor’s bearings may be damaged by heavy loads during transportation, hence it should remain dry during this phase and its covers removed only prior to mounting. The rating plate provides technical specifics such as nominal speed, continuous torque and current in standstill mode among others. The device comes with IP 65 protected connectors and cables, with a 522LX encoder code and adheres to the DIN 748 Section 3 specifications with a cylindrical shaft end.
