The MAC071C-0-JS-4-C-095-A-0-WI504LV-S001 AC servo motor from Bosch Rexroth Indramat is part of their diverse MAC series. Maintenance-free due to brushless motors and lifetime bearings, MAC servo motors are designed to function in harsh environments with closed housings. With integrated thermo switches in stator housings and motor windings, overheating is minimal. The MAC071C-type uses a cooling method of natural convection. In terms of functionality, it utilizes a built-in proprietary electronic commutation device and an incremental encoder. Protection of the output shaft is necessary during transport for preventing bearing damage. Long-term storage requires a shock-free, dry environment. The protective covers on the output shaft and connector housing should remain intact until installation.
