The MAC090C-0-GD-4-C/110-A-0/WI522LV AC servo motor, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a robust and maintenance-free permanent magnet motor with electronic commutation. It is designed for use with TDM, KDS, and DSC drive controllers, and requires Indramat-specified power and feedback cables. The motor features standard tachofeedback and an incremental encoder for square-wave signal processing at 5V, with a 3000 rpm operating speed and continuous torque of 9.6 Nm. It supports a 3-phase AC input and continues operation at 24.8 A current. The unit is enclosed in a housing with an IP65 protection rating, insulated to class-F standards, and incorporates overload protection via multiple thermo switches. It operates optimally between 0°C and +45°C and boasts a B05/B14 flange design for simple installation. At 23 kg, it ensures stable performance even in harsh environments, featuring an A-side power connector and a 110 mm pilot diameter.
