The MAC090C-0-KD-3-C/110-L-1, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a high-performance rapid response servo motor ideal for demanding applications such as printing presses, machine tools, textile machines, and robotics. It achieves optimal functionality when paired with DSC, TDM, or KDS digital drive controllers. Its robust enclosure offers protection against solid and liquid ingress, allowing reliable performance in harsh industrial environments. The motor features high-resolution tacho feedback for precise speed and rotor position evaluation and thermo switches for preventing overload through temperature monitoring. Efficient thermal management is achieved through natural convection cooling within the housing, which also contains an electrically released holding brake to secure loads during motor inactivity. The motor delivers 10.4 Nm of torque at standstill, operates with a continuous current of 17.0 amperes, and requires ambient temperatures below 45°C and installation heights under 1000 meters above sea level. Notably, the motor lacks an integrated air blower.
