The MAC093A-0-PS-4-C/110-B-0/WI522LV servo motor by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is designed for high-performance industrial applications such as textiles, printing presses, robotics, and machine tools. Its brushless design features lifetime-lubricated bearings for maintenance-free use. Standard features include separate power and feedback connections, IP65-rated housings, high-quality permanent magnets, and integrated temperature sensors. Optional features include blocking brakes, shafts with keyways, and surface cooling. This 3000 RPM motor delivers a continuous torque output of 9.2 Nm and operates at 15 Amps. It incorporates both a tachogenerator and an additional encoder for feedback. Compatible controllers from Bosch, including TDM, DSC, and KDS series, must be used for precise speed and position control. The motor operates optimally between 0-45°C and is suitable for altitudes of 0-1000 meters. The rating plate, with technical specifications and serial number, should be checked upon delivery by qualified personnel. Derated operations should be avoided to prevent malfunction.
