The Bosch Rexroth MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-1/WI520/S005 is an advanced AC servomotor designed for precision applications like grinding machines and precision lathes. This motor features dual feedback options: tacho feedback for speed and rotor position, and a mounted incremental encoder for position evaluation using either sinusoidal signals or square-wave pulses. Integrated thermo switches within the windings and stator housing prevent overload damage by monitoring the device temperature. The motor's special winding design ensures smooth operation, and a set of readymade cables simplifies installation. The motor housing is coated with a durable black prime coat resistant to environmental wear. Its output shaft is equipped with a shaft seal, and care must be taken during handling to avoid damaging the blower or bearings. Only trained personnel should mount and wire this motor following the provided terminal diagrams. Connectors on flanged sockets facilitate direct connections of power, encoder, and tacho feedback cables.
