The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MAC112C-0-HD-1-B/130-A-1/I1250/S05 is a high-performance AC servomotor, utilizing permanent magnets and electronic commutation in the rotor system. Its robustness is ensured by a favorable torque-inertia ratio, while performance is continually monitored with thermoswitches in its winding and stator housing. This type HD winding motor is cool-running due to natural convection. A centering diameter of 130mm demands the motor be wired to the drive amplifier by expert personnel. The compact motor itself is straightforward to install, with a diversity of premade cables negating additional installation work. In accordance with DIN 40 050, the housing and covers provide water and foreign object protection. The motor functions efficiently between -25°C and +85°C. Should the motor remain unused for over two years, a run-in period is advised. Wiring should follow manufacturer terminal diagrams and caution applied to avoid blower damage. Continuous high repetition rate operation is achievable thanks to a high cyclic load capacity.
