The MAC112D-2-F0-4-C/130-A-0/WI520LV servo motor, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is engineered for high-performance industrial applications such as textiles, printing, and packaging. It features electronic commutation, eliminating the need for carbon brushes, and utilizes permanent magnets for low inertia. Its robust IP65-rated housing ensures reliable operation in harsh environments. This motor supports tacho feedback for precise speed and position evaluation and includes an incremental encoder. Equipped with a 115V AC axial cooling fan, it is optimized for surface cooling. The main shaft features a 32mm diameter with an option to include a blocking brake. The motor offers a nominal speed of 2000 RPM, continuous torque at standstill of 57 Nm, and continuous current at standstill of 83 Amps. Designed with 0.110 Ohms winding resistance and 1.8 mH inductance, it handles peak pulse currents up to 260 Amps. Recommended ambient conditions are 0-45°C and up to 1000m elevation, operated by qualified personnel only.
