The Bosch Rexroth Indramat Asyncronous Motor, MAD160B-0100-SA-S2-HQ0-05-N1, is an axially air-cooled unit featuring standard bearings. Additional sensors and actuators may be required for control and monitoring. Use is recommended strictly according to manufacturer instructions with approved accessories and spare parts only. Grounding is mandatory for operation, in compliance with national EMC regulations. The motor requires disconnection from electricity for maintenance and has a surface temperature up to 60°C after operation. Weighing 201kg (with fan, without holding brake), the motor provides continuous current until a keen speed is achieved. Backed with a one-year support. The fan operates between 19A -21A, working exclusively with a Bosch Rexroth drive controller. With a protective conductor on the motor cable and housing, the unit incorporates holdings brakes for speed control during malfunctions. Ensuring high continuous ratings, its type is visible on the housing. Transported in rugged, custom packaging, extreme care is advised during the handling.
