Designed as a motor for digital drive controllers, it converts drive current into controlled mechanical rotation for automated pick-and-place heads, miniature actuators, and light gantry axes. Its construction matches the dynamic response required in high-speed positioning loops while maintaining the mechanical envelope expected in tight machine spaces.
The rotor is dynamically balanced to the standard grade and seats against a centering collar that measures 40 mm in diameter, ensuring concentric alignment with gearboxes or flanges. With the size code 025 and length code C, the frame yields a continuous standstill torque of 0.90 Nm, and during hold conditions the integrated blocking brake supplies 1.0 Nm of counter-torque for load retention. Peak shaft velocity reaches 10000 rpm, supporting fast-cycle machines that demand short acceleration times. Power and feedback conductors exit on Side A, and the stator is wired through a connecting cable with coupling unit so the motor can be exchanged without disturbing cabinet terminations.
The housing follows the standard form factor and includes a shaft seal to limit dust or fluid ingress at the output journal. That journal is a plain shaft and is supplied without a side-B extension, simplifying coupling to low-mass loads. Rotor position is reported through resolver feedback, allowing the drive to close velocity and position loops even if digital encoders are not present.
