MDD025C-N-100-N2K-040FL1
The MDD025C-N-100-N2K-040FL1 is a compact synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MDD Synchronous Motors series. As a motor for digital drive controllers, it provides closed-loop motion in pick-and-place units, indexing tables, and other light-duty automation axes. The model uses the standard housing and balancing grades, fits the 025 frame size, and is shipped with a standard shaft end that omits a side-B extension. Integrated feedback devices supply position data directly to the drive, eliminating the need for external feedback devices.
The motor delivers a continuous standstill torque of 0.90 Nm, enabling stable holding force while the stator windings remain energized. Its rotor can reach a nominal speed of 10,000 rpm, a value suited to small, high-cycle mechanisms that require rapid acceleration. Precise mechanical alignment is simplified by the 40 mm centering diameter on the front flange. Power and feedback conductors exit on the machine's left side in a left-side connection arrangement, and they terminate in a rugged connector interface for secure cable attachment. A resolver feedback channel works with the integrated absolute encoder so that both coarse and fine motion can be controlled through the same cable set. The unit is built without a shaft seal, which reduces drag and suits installations inside clean cabinets.
An integrated brake provides a blocked-rotor parking function and is rated for 1.0 Nm of static torque, allowing vertical loads to remain stationary when the drive is disabled. The motor has a length code of C, which gives it a longer stator stack and supports continuous duty. The motor has a plain shaft that avoids keyway stress concentrations and pairs with friction-fit couplings. Standard balancing helps minimize vibration at top speed, and the standard housing keeps overall weight low.
