MDD041B-N-100-N2G-050GA0
The MDD041B-N-100-N2G-050GA0 is a synchronous servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MDD Synchronous Motors series. As a motor for digital drive controllers, it converts drive current into precisely regulated torque and speed for automated handling, packaging, and positioning tasks. The combination of compact dimensions and high operating speed makes this unit well suited for small-axis modules that need fast response, repeatable motion, and consistent feedback behavior during continuous machine cycles.
The motor uses standard dynamic balancing to limit vibration during high-speed operation, and its centering pilot measures 50 mm, which helps keep alignment accurate at the mounting face. A continuous standstill capability of 1.35 Nm allows stable holding torque when the shaft is stationary. The rotor can reach 10000 rpm under rated drive voltage, which supports short motion cycles in pick-and-place applications. All power and feedback leads exit on Side A, which keeps cable routing on one side of the machine, and a resolver supplies closed-loop position data to the drive. Protection against lubricant splash and dust ingress is supported by a shaft seal, while the housing follows the standard enclosure style used for this motor line.
For integration, the motor is supplied with a Connector interface that mates with Rexroth drive cables without field soldering. The motor uses size code 041 and length code B, giving it a short housing that fits confined installation spaces while preserving the magnetic stack needed for servo duty. A plain shaft with a single-ended geometry accepts couplings directly, and the rear side of the rotor is left blank to reduce occupied space. Because the motor is supplied without a blocking brake, any holding function during power-off must be provided by the driven mechanism or by controlled drive torque when the application allows it.
