The MDD065B-N-040-N2L-095GB1 is a servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This servo motor, employing permanent magnets and electronic commutation, is composed of a laminated core, motor windings, an encoder and an output shaft. The unit comes in a fully sealed standard housing, complete with protected connectors for the power and feedback cable, ensuring an IP65 dustproof rating and water-jet resistance. Its cooling capacity can be enhanced through the addition of an axial blower for surface cooling. With default cooling, the continuous output torque and current are 1.5 Nm and 3.5 Amps, respectively, but with surface cooling these increase to 1.7 Nm and 4 Amps. It boasts a nominal speed rating of 4000 RPM along with digital servo feedback for compatible controller use. Also included is an optional blocking brake, able to hold a torque of 3 Nm. Installation and operation should be performed by a qualified technician.
