This product is the Bosch Rexroth Indramat MDD065B-N-040-N2M-095GL1, a highly efficient and reliable AC servo motor. It integrates a multiturn absolute encoder and features a thermal time constant of 30 minutes. It has a centering diameter of 095mm, a winding inductance of 7.4mH, and a winding resistance of 5.22 ohms. This compact and lightweight (2.9 kg) motor also includes a 24-volt rated blocking brake with an electronic release. The torque constant is 0.43 Nm/A, producing a consistent torque output of 1.5 Nm. Significantly, there's a noise reduction mechanism which minimizes radiofrequency noise. The model incorporates a plain output shaft and a power connector on the left side of the motor housing. With a striking black finish, the unit provides IP65 standard protection and can spin at up to 4,000 revolutions per minute while drawing 15.9 amps and generating a maximum torque of 4.4 Nm. The rotor has a moment of inertia of 2.2 x 10-4 kgm2, with permanent magnets made from rare-earth or iron oxide materials.
