MDD071A-N-030-N2S-095GR0
The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MDD071A-N-030-N2S-095GR0 is a permanent-magnet synchronous motor from the MDD Synchronous Motors series. It is intended for use with digital drive controllers, where it converts commanded electrical input into controlled rotary motion for servo axes in automated machinery. In packaging lines, assembly systems, and material-handling equipment, the motor supports accurate speed and torque control so the axis can follow position commands from the control system. This arrangement makes the unit suitable for repeatable motion tasks that depend on stable feedback and predictable motor response.
The motor uses a centering diameter of 95 mm, and the housing follows standard mechanical proportions for this product class. Power and feedback conductors exit on the right through a single connector, which helps keep cable routing compact and orderly. With the A-length rotor, the motor can produce a continuous standstill torque of 2.2 Nm without exceeding its thermal operating range. Under rated conditions, it reaches a nominal speed of 3000 rpm, allowing fast axis movement in systems that do not require heavy gear reduction. A plain front shaft end is provided, and the rear face remains closed.
Position information is returned through Digital servo feedback, allowing the drive to monitor rotor motion with high resolution during closed-loop operation. The motor is built in frame size 071, which gives it a compact footprint for medium-duty servo applications. A shaft seal is fitted on the output side to help keep contaminants away from internal components and to limit the migration of lubricants. The design is supplied without a blocking brake, so any power-off holding function must be provided by drive torque or by an external clamping device when the application requires it.
