The MDD071B-N-040-N2T-095PB1 digital AC servomotor, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, provides a high-speed cutting solution predominantly for roller feeds. The unit, which is crafted with low inertia, owing to the materials used in creating its permanent magnets, has a size code of 071 and boasts a brushless design. This device uses a temperature sensor within its windings for monitoring heat levels and its parts are protected from contact with any high-voltage components by its housing and covers. A RAL 9005 coated housing ensures the motor can function under weatherproofed conditions when stationary. The shaft-hub connection point of the motor experiences multi-axial stress and it has a continuous torque of 4.4Nm at standby, cooled by natural convection. Installation is done either horizontally or vertically as postulated by DIN IEC 34-7 specifications. While using the product, maintenance and clean-up should only be performed after disconnecting from the power supply.
