The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MDD090B-N-020-N2M-110GA1 is a slender, brushless, maintenance-free synchronous servo motor from the MDD series. Its standard housing design is suited to natural convection and surface cooling, making it perfect for handling high radial loads and frequent start-stop operations. The electronic commutation contributes to its high cyclic load capacity, while the compact size gives it a desirable power-to-weight ratio. It uses a digital servo feedback encoder with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder to ensure rapid and efficient startups. The servo motor is designed to deliver high-precision performances and comes equipped with a thermal sensor to prevent thermal overload. It generates a torque of 39.0Nm at a nominal speed of 2,000 revolutions per minute and is certified as IP 65 for touch-proof, dust proof and water jet resistance. Operatable at a maximum ambient temperature of 45 degrees Celsius and up to 1,000m in height, its black prime-coated housing resists chalky buildup, yellowing, and weathering.
