The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MDD090C-N-030-N2M-110PB1 is a robust servo motor from the MDD series. This high-performing motor is designed for demanding industrial applications such as punching, pressing, and press feeds. The motor's casing is designed for natural convection and surface cooling, meeting the IP65 protection category. The motor can be used in harsh operating conditions, but shock-damping or shock decoupling mounts are needed. The motor is rated for operation in environments from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and altitudes up to 1000 meters. It features a 3000 RPM speed rating, digital servo feedback through an integrated multiturn encoder, and a 6.5 Nm holding brake. The shaft includes a keyway to prevent relative rotation. The motor itself weighs 23 kilograms and has a black prime coating that is resistant to weathering, yellowing, and diluted acids and lyes. The motor's insulation classification is F and the main power socket is on side B.
