The MDD093A-N-040-N2M-110PB1, made by the globally renowned Bosch Rexroth, is a high-performing AC servo motor conveying excellent durability and superior operational quality. Offering advantages over DC servo motors, this compact, lightweight model (13 kg) delivers a high rotation speed of 4000 RPM. Its ability to generate constant torque of 9.2 Nm with reduced radio frequency interference marks its efficiency. Key features include an N-class balance, a 110 mm centering diameter, a keyway output shaft, and a power connection on the housing's B side. The motor has a winding resistance of 0.36 at 20°C and a torque constant of 0.39. There's also an inbuilt holding brake with a torque of 11 Nm and 0.5 kg weight. To offer durability, it’s resistant to dust, liquid (IP65 standards), corrosion, and mild acids due to a 40-micron coating. It operates optimally between 0 and +45 degrees Celsius only and needs professional installation. This AC servo motor uses digital servo feedback and an integrated multiturn encoder for rotor speed and position control.
