The MDD093C-F-040-N2L-130GA0 servo motor is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, designed to leverage the efficiency of liquid cooling. This efficient cooling method reduces operational temperature, enhancing motor reliability, performance, and accuracy by mitigating thermal drift. Long-term high-performance operation is maintained, curtailing degradation from high loads. Durable under thermal stress, the servo motor has a reduced need for wear-and-tear maintenance, allowing for increased uptime. With liquid cooling, hotspots that cause accelerated failure in air-cooled systems are eliminated. As an added feature, the motor offers digital servo feedback for real-time shaft speed and location sharing with the connected drive controller. The MDD093C-F-040-N2L-130GA0 motor's energy is received through a dedicated power cable, using IP65 compliant connectors. The power socket is located on the motor housing's side A, and the motor features a seal accompanied by a plain 130mm diameter shaft. Though Bosch offers optional blocking brakes for MDD motors, this model does not include one.
