The MDD093C-N-040-N2M-130GA2 is a highly efficient and advanced synchronous servo motor from the MDD series crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Designed for high-speed automation systems, it offers high contouring accuracy at elevated feed rates. Its brushless layout facilitates maintenance-free operation, while the built-in temperature sensor in the wire windings safeguards against thermal overload. The rotor structure, made from iron oxide permanent magnets, gives it low inertial properties, making it apt for high-dynamics operations. It also features an in-built encoder system which records the motor's absolute indirect position. The motor employs digital servo feedback, and an integrated multiturn absolute encoder ensures its operation's high precision. The motor operates at a nominal speed of 4,000 RPM and can generate a maximum torque of 60.6Nm. Finished with weather-resistant black prime varnish, it also boasts an IP 65 protection rating, making it dust and touch-proof.
