The MDD112B-N-030-N2M-180PA3 is a highly functional, state-of-the-art AC servo motor from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, designed for high accuracy and rapid processing. Utilized in a range of applications including machine tools, robotics, handling equipment, and textile machines among others, these MDD motors deliver high dynamics and operational reliability. The MDD112B-N-030-N2M-180PA3 features a peak current of 110.5A and a rotor moment of inertia of 120 x 10⁻⁴ kgm2. With an integrated multi-turn encoder, it retains the motor's position despite power loss. The output shaft with a keyway is designed for a form-fitting shaft-hub connection. Offering maximum torque of 64.5Nm and a winding conductance of 3.1mH, the motor also includes a 60.0Nm electrically-actuated release blocking brake. It utilizes power connectors on Side B, protected to class IP65 standards, thus being dust and water jet-resistant. It operates best in an environment with a maximum temperature of 45°C.
