The MDD112C-N-020-N2L-180GA2 is a compact, synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This motor has been designed for dynamic operations thanks to its specialized permanent magnet rotors, providing high precision at fast feed rates. The motor operates at a nominal speed of 2,000 RPM and a maximum torque of 97.3Nm. It is ideal for natural convection and surface cooling. Additionally, the motor has an IP 65 rating as per DIN 40050, indicating it is dustproof, touchproof, and protected against water jets. The black prime varnish shield on its sealed housing secures it from weathering and chalking. The motor is maintenance-free due to its brushless design and lifetime-lubricated bearings. Its high cyclic load capacity enables high repetition start-stop operations. The motor includes a thermal sensor and a digital servo feedback encoder for improved accuracy and performance, as well as a plain shaft with a sealing ring for non-positive shaft-hub connections.
