The MDD112D-N-015-N2L-180GA0 from Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a specially designed MDD series servo motor. With electronic commutation, this motor offers enhanced cyclic load capability, making it ideal for continuous start-stop operations with high repetition rates. The brushless design, coupled with lifetime lubricated bearings, ensures a maintenance-free operation. It possesses an IP 65 ingress protection rating as per EN 60529, protecting it from solid objects and water jets. Designed to withstand high radial loads, this motor features a naturally cooled bearing that supports the direct attachment of pulleys to the shaft. With a nominal speed of 1,500rpm and rotor's moment of inertia of 230 x 10-4, it is equipped with a thermal monitoring sensor. The motor has a plain output shaft with zero backlash, ideal for a non-positive shaft-hub connection, and a radial shaft sealing ring. Its maximum permissible ambient operating temperature is 45oC.
