The MDD112D-N-015-N2L-180GA1 by Bosch Rexroth is a compact, MDD synchronous servo motor with a capacity for high-speed cutting and contouring. It's frequently used in machine tools and robotics. This maintenance-free model features a brushless design with permanently lubricated bearings capable of supporting direct installation of pinions and belt pulleys. The motor housing is weather-resistant and sealed to an IP 65 rating, so it operates safely in harsh environmental conditions. The rotors, composed of iron oxide and rare earth materials, exhibit low inertia and a low torque-inertia ratio, making the unit ideal for frequent start-stop operations. This motor also incorporates an optical, high-precision, digital servo feedback system with a system accuracy of ±0.5 angular minutes, and a data memory for storing motor parameters. Operational conditions permit an ambient temperature up to 45oC and a maximum installation height of 1,000m.
