The MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130GR1, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a dependable servo motor with a broad range of applications, from textile machines to robotics. Equipped with a robust 14.0Nm blockade brake that uses the closed-circuit method for backlash-free positioning, it's designed for efficient and safe usage. The motor housing offers a high level of protection (IP 65) resisting external materials and water jets, and is further enhanced by a black prime paint for damage resistance. Internally, a temperature monitoring system in the motor windings protects against overload damage. Electronic commutation ensures a high cyclical load capacity, suitable for continuous start-stop operations. The brushless design and lifetime-lubricated bearings support hassle-free operation. With a plain output shaft that adheres to non-positive shaft-hub connection, seepage into the shaft is prevented, thereby extending its lifespan. Boasting a high speed of 3,000 rpm, the motor is capable of handling the maximum torque of 130.2Nm and maximum current of 222.2A.
