The MDD112D-N-030-N2L-180GB2 is a high-performance AC servomotor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Designed with a maximum duty cycle time of 15 minutes, this servomotor features a breaking torque that adapts to the supplied DC bus voltage, making it perfect for high-synchronicity applications such as grinding machines. This heavy-duty motor, weighing 59kg, is equipped with protections against impact, damage, and moisture, including plastic protective covers and an IP 65 protected feedback and power cables. The model offers a compact construct achieving an excellent power-to-weight ratio for robust performance. Notably, the motor is not to be attached via crane belt on its shaft and should be handled using M8 tapped holes as outlined by DIN 580 specifications. The device has a defined load assimilation, lifetime-lubricated bearings, and a 24VDC +/-10% rated blocking brake. The servomotor comes with a year-long support from the Servo Supplier for reliable operation and maintenance.
