The MDD112D-N-030-N2L-180PB0 is a robust, high-performance MDD servo motor, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Designed for maintenance-free operation, this brushless AC servo motor is equipped with lifetime lubricated bearings and can handle high radial loads. The shaft features a DIN 6885 keyway and a sealing ring for optimal torque transmission. The motor's nominal speed is 3,000rpm, and it operates on a moment of inertia of 230 x 10-4 kgm2. With its sealed housing (IP 65 rated), the motor can successfully function in challenging environmental conditions. Its coating offers protection against weathering and discolouration. The motor also includes a thermal sensor in the stator windings and has enhanced heat dissipation capabilities. Its high-torque, low-inertia rotor is composed of iron oxide and rare earth materials, and it has an inbuilt digital servo feedback encoder system.
