Bosch Rexroth's MDD115B-N-030-N2M-130PB1 is an advanced digital AC motor with high dynamics, designed to deliver rapid automation solutions. Size-coded at 115, it incorporates a digital drive controller and a keyway shaft with a 45Nm blocking brake. Lifetime lubricated bearings enhance durability while connectors in the flange sockets simplify installation. The motor functions optimally even in temperatures up to 45°C and is designed to be used directly in a machine's work area. Meeting the DIN 40 050 design guidelines, the motor housing comes with IP 65 degree protection, safeguarding power, blower, and feedback connections. A shock-decoupled mounting is required for high-impact applications. Its shaft-hub connection features multi-axial stress state support and has the capability to withstand thermal deformations up to 0.6mm. Its digital servo feedback and absolute encoder integration ensure precise operation. With an optional extra layer of 40µm paint over the prime coat, this motor can be shipped globally.
