The MDD115D-F-015-N2M-130GB0 is a high-performance, compact, synchronous servo motor expertly crafted by Bosch Rexroth. This MDD motor offers precise speed control, housed within a sealed casing for protection against unfavorable environmental conditions. Its power and feedback cables maintain IP 65 Ingress Protection standard according to DIN 40 050. Key features include a brushless design and permanently lubricated bearings, contributing to its maintenance-free operation. Low-inertia permanent magnets on the rotor enable a beneficial torque-inertia ratio for superior dynamics. The motor also contains an inbuilt thermal sensor, ensuring efficient heat dissipation and high overload capabilities. This MDD model offers a plain output shaft for flexibly mounting and a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash. It can be installed in any orientation and utilizes ready-prepared cables, eliminating any additional set-up. With an incorporated multiturn absolute encoder for digital servo feedback, it presents an absolute, indirect evaluation of position, storing parameters for expedited motor start-up.
