Bosch Rexroth's MHD090B-058-PG1-UN is an advanced, maintenance-free synchronous motor ideal for precision applications. The motor utilizes intelligent technology and leverages top-tier manufacturing techniques. The MHD090B operates at a nominal speed of 4,000 RPM and a rated frequency of 267 Hz. It features an extremely durable permanent magnet design and comes in either naturally cooled (60K and 100K, offering 4.2Nm and 8.9Nm and 2.1kW and 4.9kW respectively) or surface cooled designs, the latter boasting an air blower for optimal temperature control and a rated torque of 13.4Nm and performance of 7.0kW. The motor also includes a high-accuracy multiturn absolute encoder, capable of tracking 4096 previous revolutions. A 11.0Nm holding brake equips the driveshaft to maintain position when de-energized. At a weight of just 14 kg, this component offers significant portability and efficiency for industrial environments.
