The MHD090B-058-PP1-UN is a top-tier servomotor produced by Bosch Rexroth, a leader in motion control products. This motor is part of their MHD Synchronous Motors series, known for their maintenance-free, high-accuracy, permanent magnet brushless motors, making them ideal for robotics and machining centers. The motor has an overtemperature setting of 60K and 100K for naturally cooled versions, delivering a rated torque of 4.2Nm and 8.9Nm, and a rated performance of 2.1kW and 4.9kW respectively. The surface-cooled version, with an air blower for forced convective cooling, provides a rated torque of 13.4Nm and performance of 7.0kW. All models operate optimally at 4,000 RPM and a frequency of 267 Hz and come with 4 poles for improved power delivery and smooth operation. It features a lightweight design at 14 kg, a DIN 6885-1 keyway-equipped driveshaft, an 11.0Nm holding brake, and includes an absolute multiturn encoder capable of tracking up to 4096 revolutions for accurate feedback.
