The MHD093A-024-NG1-BN is a robust synchronous motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, renowned for its advanced automation technology. This model features a B-side power connector located on top and facilitates a direct electrical connection from an AC 325 – 368 V power source. With an optimal frequency of 133 Hz, the user can choose between natural convection or liquid-cooled options. An electrically released holding brake of 22 Nm ensures safe operation during de-energized periods. The motor also boasts a plain rotor with a shaft sealing ring and delivers a continuous power of 2.1 kW (at 60K) to 2.8 kW (at 100K) in natural cooling mode and 5.5 kW in liquid cooling mode. The motor, with its black protective paint, conforms to IP65 standard and is outfitted with digital servo feedback. Suitable for mounting in IMB5, IMV1, and IMV3 positions, it provides a rated torque of 1.77 Nm/A at 20 degrees Celsius. It has 4 pole pairs and primarily works as a servo and main drive motor.
