The MHD093A-024-PG0-LA synchronous motor, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a robust and efficient component ideal for industrial motion control systems. Offering a flexible mounting design, it can be fixed in IMV1, IMV3, and IMB5 positions, and even features an optional sealing air connector. This motor utilizes a left-side power connector and operates within a voltage range of 325 – 348V AC, optimal at 2000 rpm. Coated in prime black, it offers resistance against environmental elements and corrosion. Compatibility with specific supplier modules and accessories is vital for peak performance. Integrated overvoltage and over-temperature safeguards also maintain overall safety. The motor boasts an IP65 protection standard, providing strong defense against solid objects and liquids. It uses natural convection for heat dissipation, and a blower for cooling. An inbuilt HSF with multiturn absolute encoder ensures precise position detection, while at standstill, the motor produces a consistent torque and three-tiered current system depending on temperature increases.
