The MHD093A-058-NG2-AA is a high-performance synchronous servo and main drive motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, a leading manufacturer of industrial automation components. This motor contains a 32 Nm holding brake to retain the servo axis in situations of power loss. Coolable by both natural convection and optional surface cooling for high-demand environments, it accepts an AC power source of 325 - 347 V at a 233 Hz operating frequency. The motor's output power ranges from 1.9 – 3.7 kW for natural cooling and up to 5.9 kW with surface cooling, delivered via a shielded plain shaft. The MHD093 synchronous motor employs a standard bearing capable of withstanding heavy radial loads, offers versatile IMB5, IMV1, and IMV3 mounting options, and has a power connector located at side-A. Capable of operating efficiently within a temperature range of 0 to +40 degrees Celsius, it offers an IP65 rating for protection against dirt and water ingress. The motor achieves a maximum speed of 3500 rpm and delivers a nominal torque of 4.5 – 13.6 Nm while running at a rated current of 3.4 – 10.3 A, with digital feedback.
