The MHD093A-058-PG0-AN synchronous motor, a top-grade motion control product, is one of Bosch Rexroth Indramat's comprehensive line of industrial automation equipment, suitable for a wide variety of applications from textile machinery, food processing equipment to robotics and machine tools. This motor comes with both natural convection and liquid cooling modes, assuring optimum performance under varying work conditions. In extreme operational scenarios, a coolant, with an ideal temperature range of +10 to +40 degrees Celsius, circulates at a rate of 1.4L/min, dissipating 1000 W of power. The surrounding temperature should ideally be kept between 0 to +40 degrees Celsius for the motor to function at full capacity. This model, featuring a plain output shaft, outputs 1.9-3.7kW in natural convection mode and 8.5kW under liquid cooling operation. It comes integrated with a multiturn encoder with digital servo feedback for precise position detection and delivers a rated torque of 12–14 Nm when naturally cooled and 22.8 Nm under liquid cooling, making it a suitable choice for robust applications.
