The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MHD093B-024-PG1-LN is a high-performance industrial synchronous motor designed for varied applications such as handling systems, machine tools and paper processing. It functions both as a servo motor and a main drive motor, providing affordable automation and extensive functionality over a wide speed range. The motor's housing safeguards internal components from solid and liquid interference and conveniently allows direct installation into the servo system. This efficient motor sustains about 95% efficiency for over seven years under suitable operational conditions. It uses digital servo feedback with a multiturn absolute encoder transforming physical movement into digital signals for real-time operation control. The generated heat is regulated through either natural convection or liquid cooling. Running at 4.0 Amp rated current, this motor has a rated speed of 2000rpm, producing 9.6 Newton meters torque, with maximum speed reaching around 4000rpm. It also features an electrically releasing holding brake with a torque of about 22 Newton meters for static load maintenance.
