Bosch Rexroth Indramat introduces the MHD093B-035-NG1-AN, an advanced industrial synchronous motor. This brushless machine, eagle-eyed craftsmen expertly designed it for high-performance operations, converting electrical energy into kinetic energy. It features an IP65-protected enclosure with a prime black coating, offering robust protection against corrosive substances, including dilute acids, lyes, sea water and hydraulic oils. The motor architecture supports continuous start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies, and offers a broad speed range with a peak torque. Dependable at varying surface temperatures, it can produce a torque output of 12.0Nm at 60 Kelvin or 14.0Nm at 100 Kelvin. This motor can reach 4500rpm, drawing a maximum current of 45.9 amperes from the industrial drive controller. It also incorporates an electrically released holding brake that preserves the load when at a standstill, operating with a rated electrical current of 0.71 amperes and generating a holding torque of 22Nm.
