The MHD095B-035-PG1-AN is a high-performing AC servo motor designed by Bosch Rexroth, part of the MHD series of permanent magnet synchronous servo motors. It integrates seamlessly with Bosch Rexroth's digital drive controllers to deliver efficient automation systems for various applications such as machine tools and food processing. It features an electric commutation mechanism, making it ideal for continuous operations with frequent starts and stops. An incorporated temperature monitoring system mitigates thermal overload damage, with heat dissipation managed through natural convection or surface cooling facilitated by the motor's housing design. The completely sealed housing additionally offers IP 65 rated protection against dust, touch, and water jet sprays. The MHD095B-035-PG1-AN's output shaft with a sealing ring ensures a firm shaft hub connection and smooth operation, while it can achieve a maximum speed of 4,000 rpm and a theoretical maximum torque of 66.0Nm. Its holding brake has a holding torque of 22Nm and is electrically released. The motor features digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder, resulting in a system accuracy of ±0.5 angular minutes.
