The MHD095C-058-PP1-BN synchronous motor from Bosch Rexroth Indramat offers a cost-efficient solution to automation systems when paired with the same manufacturer's drive controller. This high-reliability device features electronic commutation backed by permanent magnets and functions as either a servomotor or main drive motor. The motor, equipped with natural convection and surface cooling in its housing, delivers a speed of 4,000 minutes per second. Installation is best suited for paper and food processing machines. The motor comprises a 095 size code and earns an IP 65 protection rating with proper encoder and power cables mounting. The device has four pole pairs and a multiturn absolute encoder for digital servo feedback. Delivering 39A of continuous current and 31.5Nm of continuous torque at standstill, the balanced motor can be shipped globally with secure packaging. Pre-startup programming and adherence to specified assembly, mounting, and installation conditions are mandatory.
